GFlops are far too low. What Vcore have you used? It may not be enough.
While running LinX do not have any other applications openned other than RealTemp(minimized).
Save you desktop Theme and switch to Windows 7 Basic Theme.

Flops are floating point operations per second, reflacting the computing power of the processor.
Do a baseline run with default setting, you should get aprox 32.4GFlops, and at 3GHz over 40GFlops.
You can save your current settings in a BIOS profile with F11 key, and later recall them using F12.

then this is not good, new test shows gflops around 20, and my temp was at 59 highest, vcore is on normal
Can i do any harm to a computer doing this i hear some buzzing or huming sound in my comp when is stressed to the max?

Run a baseline with optimized defaults first.
Please post the log not the screen capture.
20GFlops is what a Core 2 Duo should get at 4GHz, a Quad core should get twice as that.

Yes. First at main BIOS screen press F11 key and save your settings, then load optimized defaults.

OK we will go by the avarage 27.7067.
Re-apply your settings (manually) to the optimized defaults, with vcore 1.35v and lets see what you get.
Let the pc idle for 10 minutes before running LinX. The differences between results suggest that some processes/services were running during the test.
