Nope none of those settings bring any bios options. The tweak town review, there is no mulitplier, that chip runs on 6x, in the review it shows a 14, but there is no x , all the reivews on this board say there is no mulitplier. So i guess its just maxed out.

Of course the "x" is "hidden" there, it's x14 CPU Ratio, note that the screen captures were made with a different CPU not the one they overclocked (200MHz FSB).
Try 1:1 FSB ram ratio, set ram to 667MHz, timines 4-4-4-12-52-6-3-3-3, NB Voltage 1.375v and add CPU voltage 0.08 (for 1.4v total and try again.
If no go try 5-5-5-15 primaty timings.

Maybe that was a multiplier, all the forums and reviews say there isnt one for this board, that was a earlier bios, maybe i should try another bios. Those above settings didnt work, running out of options here. Look at the screen shots of the bios, are all the settings right, as far as whats enabled and disabled.

Older BIOS is a long shot, and flashing BIOS is always risky.
Maybe it's not meant to be but at least we have tried. Or maybe the chipset1/2 voltage settings are the key here but I have no clue what they are and what they do.

Ok, i have no clue what they do, i have tried applying them, dont seem to make a difference, i think its a crapy board and im going sell it. I dont buy the 484 fsb on tweak town review, nobody else in 6 reviews i read got above 370 fsb. Thanks for you help, i guess it aint going to happen.

Just did some reading on Toms Hardware forum on this board, several people having same problem that cant boot above 350-365 fsb, highest clock i read about was 375 fsb, tried his settings and still no goooo, im selling the board on ebay. Thanks for everybodys help.

Hey Chike, i think its the memory thats holding the board back a little, im on a different strap and have gotten to 365 fsb, but now my memory is maxed out. I think if i had some ddr 2 8500 i might be able to go higher.

With 2 x 1GB of the older 2.2 volt Baliistix 800MHz memory in my P35-DS3L system, the memory could easily do 1066MHz speeds and was stable up to 1200MHz with some settings. I used 4-4-4-10 (or 12) up to about 925MHz and 5-5-5-15 settings from 1066 - 1200MHz. YMMV.

I had a different mobo and memory product, but with proper bios settings, your 2.0 volt Ballistix memory should easily run at 1000MHz or faster speeds.
Buying new DDR2 memory is prohibitively expensive.

Yeah new ddr2 is exspensive, but i found some good used Gskill ddr2 8000 cl4 the old hzs for $50 for a 2x1 kit, that stuff will clock 1200 4-4-4. I have a used gigabyte board on the way, im selling my Msi and memory.

If you need overclocking help with your new setup, create a new thread in the Gigabyte forum.
Good luck with your new hardware.
