Default I'm upgrading from XP to Win 7 and need help going from 4gb to 8gb ram...

Should I buy another 4Gb kit of the same Gskill shown in my profile, or is it cheaper to buy 8gb of new memory? Also I'm going to need some help with memory timings on my 3.6Ghz OC.
Thanks in advance for any help!

You are lucky if you find 8GB kit DDR2 and you will have to be rich to pay for it, really not worth it, nor even to upgrade to 8GB at all but if you must buy another kit of the same model, I believe they are still in stores.
You will have more memory with your current kit in windows 7 64bit.
If you buy the same memory put each kit in it's own channel.

Hi Chike, thanks for the quick response! So do you think I will see enough of a performance boost to justify the $65 4gb kit of the same ddr2?

You wont see any performance boost just from upgrading the amount of ram in the system unless you are physically running out of ram. In fact why my PSU is being RMAed I am posting from a Dell system with 4gb of ram running win7.
