System didn't start again right before windows logo. It was like a bsod but it restarted immediatelly even with mch core to 1.26v. Need your lights How can i figure whats the stable Vcore i can set by the way? Just by increasing it self step by step and leave other settings default?

    Try 1.36250 Cpu Vcore.
If it works OK with minimal stress testing, split the difference between 1.30 and 1.36250 and try 1.33125
Splitting the difference (higher or lower) is much faster than changing the voltage one step at a time.
You might have to go up to almost 1.40000 volts.
Your goal is to use the lowest stable voltage.

Check to see if you have a Load Line Calibration setting in your bios (aka LLC).
If you have this setting, you might need to enable it later, but not right now.

Look at one memory module to see the max voltage rating.
you might need to increase DRAM voltage a bit more.

It's best to o/c in steps and 3.60GHz is a good starting point with your e8500 cpu.

Ok system booted with 1.3625v vcore but once i got into windows and sytem was loading programs it freezed. I cannot do anything. So maybe its a ram setting issue? I might start with the 3.60ghz setup and continue from there. What u think?

Your ram settings should be fine, but you haven't posted the maximum ram voltage that is listed on your 2GB modules.

I've decided to revert back to 3.61Ghz setup and start from there. I will do some stress test this night and report soon. By the way max memory voltage is 2.2v. Here is the setup i will test right now:

It might be slightly easier if you use:
    CPU Host Frequency ------ [405]
    with your posted settings.

It looks like one of these is your ram:

    This my my ram:

We have nearly identical ram except for the heat spreaders.

Ohh those are yes the ones on the right! Ok first test passed according IBT. Should i set to 405 right now or after the other tests too? I'm gonna do memtest, it requires bootable pen drive, i got it. Here are the results from ibt:

    401 or 405MHz is fine.
Some users have issues when they use 400MHz.

I hope that you are going to Memtest86+ v5.01 for your memory test.
The older original Memtest software often causes problems.
Glad to see that you are making progress.
BTW, I'm terribly disappointed that you weren't impressed with my posting 3 images in one post.
