When you boot, repeatedly press the F12 key 2 times per second to bring up the boot priority menu, where you will select one of the usb drive options for booting. Otherwise you would need to go into the bios and change the boot priority order to try to boot from the usb drive first.

All three images in the post used the technique in post #7 where I used google image search to find the images and I then viewed each image, copied the url for each image and I used the Insert Image option once for each image to paste the url address.

Go to #7, click on Reply With Quote and you'll see how the Insert Image option formats the url post for images.

Yeah i know the procedure to boot from other drive, funny thing is that i cannot make it bootable or something. Everytime i install the memtest on usb drive and restarting system, it doesn't boot from flash disk drive. Tried both fat32 and ntfs still it doenst want to boot from flash... Anyway if i finally can make it boot i will use that step #7 to post all tests results haha! Thanks for the info again ProfJim! I think i will let it go for the night and try to go a step forward tommorow, cause you know we can't stop, we want more and more!

You can always download the Memtest86+ floppy version to install on a flopsy drive.
You start an overnight Prime95 blend test instead.

Sure, as long as you have a fire extinguisher nearby J/K

Cpu core temperatures with Prime95 are usually in low to mid 50oC range and your temperatures seem to be about 5oC higher.
I'd worry if cpu core temperatures got above 80oC
    Don't worry, be happy.

Good morning, meh what a sleep. Didn't have time to do a blend test yet..! I'm gonna try this option u mentioned and post after. But system looked very stable i can say whole night. The difference ingame was huge even with that 12% o/c!

edit: My system just don't like usb sticks.. I cannot make it boot from the stick, its getting annoying... I enabled usb legacy option too but now system got stucked in bios this time.

The usb problem might be related to the brand or model number of your usb pen drive.
If your system has a CD/DVD optical drive, you can make a bootable optical disk that can run Memtest86+ by downloading their ISO file.

Your current 3.61GHz speed is a 14.2% O/C from the stock 3.16GHz speed.

Here is a teaser from an old E8500 review that I found on the web:
Overclocking this chip has been a pure pleasure. When paired with the X38 chipset, the potential could be far out there with the correct cooling setup. I started at 400 x 9 and 1.35v and the system booted so flawlessly that I knew that it was thirsty for more. So I jumped the multiplier to 9.5 and kept raising the FSB by 15MHz while keeping the voltage the same until it would not boot. Then I upped the voltage and started again. In the end I was able to push the Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 chip to 4.322GHz before the temps got high enough to make me not want to take the chance. I ended up with the E8500 at 455FSB x 9.5 multiplier for the speed I obtained with a voltage increase to 1.45v. At 4.322GHz I was able to complete SuperPI, Orthos Prime and all of the benchmarks with no problems at all.
I don't recommend using anything near 1.45 volts, especially with older hardware. I would keep the cpu voltage below ~1.38 volts for 24/7 operation. Cpu voltage will need to be increased gradually as you overclock higher, but at some point the voltage will need to be substantially higher for modest speed increases.
