Default Z170 OC FORMULA Overclocking issues

    Hello,

First sorry for my write, i am from France, my english is not perfect ;)

    I am a little bit disappointed because i have Z170 OC formula (tested with 2.10 & 2.40 bios versions) + 6700 K.
I have GTX 980 ti EVGA & SSD on PCIE bus

I never can overclock by the multiplier ... Even if i enter 45 on the bios, under windows CPUZ indicate (8-45) but Core speed stay at 4000 Mhz ..
If i overclock by Bus it's ok, but I have already tested 40 * 120 Mhz for to reach 4800 Mhz with Vcore 1.415 llc 2 is ok but sometimes crash...
If someone can help me et under voltage page tell me what is important to raise or not ..!
I am trying to adjust voltages in bios but I would know witch voltages are important (VCCIO VCCSA etc ...) to stabilize my OC at 4 .8 Ghz (I am at 4200 Mhz Cpu cache, should I up to 4800 ?).
My RAM is at 4000 Mhz stock 19 21 21 41 1.35v, I will OC it later (I have already OC it fine I know how it is fine).

I am sure I am not far to find the good values to adjust !

Sometimes I have black screen in bench
I let my FCLK at 800 Khz

    Thanks
