PCIE frequency = 101 is fine, I've been using this setting for years.

With your motherboard, CPU Host Frequency higher than about 415 is iffy at best.

    It might help if you:
    1. unplug the psu cable from the wall outlet
    2. clear cmos
    3. boot into the bios
    4. load optimized bios defaults
    5. save settings and exit the bios
    6. boot into the bios and load one of your saved bios profiles
    7. make any bios changes
    8. save settings, exit the bios and boot to windows

I don't know if your mismatched memory modules are causing problems when booting with higher cpu host frequency settings.

Using a slightly higher PCI Express Frequency might help, but going too high can cause problems with other motherboard devices.

A 3.70GHz overclock with your motherboard is excellent. Years ago many P45 overclocks with quad core processors struggled to reach 4.0GHz.

Tried with PCIE Freq from 100 to 105 no changes, i did load bios defaults and then get back to my 3.70ghz stable clock, but if i got 420 or higher FSB it wont work, i guess thats the p43 limit, a new MB with p45 will do the trick, also im thinking of getting 1066 RAM modules insteed of 800 and try again with this p43 mobo. Our overclocking journey with p43 and this cpu is over i guess. Forgot to mention i end up at 419 fsb with stable tests , i might stay with 419 fsb and gonna try to get p45 mobo and 1066 ram modules.
Anyway thanks JIM your help is greatly appreciated, if there is anything i can help with feel free to ask. I own ya!
I will post updates in future in this post!

Your welcome, glad to help out.

Keep in mind that hardware doesn't last forever and I've seen quite a few forum members report that their older motherboards died after about 6 - 8 years.

I'm not a fan of Cooler Master power supplies but they do have a couple of newer high end psu's that are quite good.
My old Antec TP-750 New psu has been excellent but it died last week.

Check out my PSU 101 - Power Supply Primer thread to find out how to find highly rated power supplies.

Saw your thread, payed a visit to that power supply calculator website, did the calculations and added a few more things and it came good enough.
    Code:
    Load Wattage: 414 W
    Recommended UPS rating: 800 VA
    Recommended PSU Wattage: 464 W
Mine is 460W, and i think CM at my country are the best for now, we don't have much choose for PSU's.
    Thanks again.
