I am about to piece together my first system specifically for overclocking. Im waiting for CPU prices to drop, so for now I'm just picking up an XP1900+. What I'm mainly concerned with is the motherboard. I'm having a hell of a time finding the best one for my application/price range. Basically what I'm looking for is a board under $150 that supports up to an XP2800+, has a good chipset, generally just a good board for overclocking. Right now the 2 I'm looking at are the Gigabyte GA-7VAXP and the Asus A7N8X. I'm leaning towards the Asus board because of the Nvida chipset, which I've heard is superior to the KT-400. I'm pretty new to overclocking (if it's not painfully obvious) so any help is really appreciated.

Gigabyte doesn't offer a lot for the genuine overclocker with their BIOS's and the nForce2 chipset does kick ass and this will show why. :devil win
