    Hi, I've never overclocked a card before, nad have heard through various forums that this card overclocks very nicely. I would like to know how this is done, can anyone help me out here with some info, or an address to a site that has a good guide?

    My system
    AMD Athalon 2100XP
    2x256 PC2700 DDR RAM
    A7N8X Deluxe MB
    Radeon 8500LE Retail

    Thanks,

    Lorrie

    for ATi cards you need a tweaking utility for Oc'ing -
    Powerstrip works very well - so does Radeonator

    ...both are avail. for d/l here---> www.Rage3d.com

    LE's are typically designed to supply less voltage to the core and memory so that they can't quite be OC'd up to retail levels - there's a real easy mod you can do w/a pencil that allows you to bump up the volts a bit....let me se if I can find a link

    i've tried it w/an 8500retail card...works very well, I got about 8MHz core & 12MHz mem over and above what I could get w/o the mod
