Sounds good to me. But what about the tweaking of the volts. Is that something I should give a shot or would it just create too much heat?

Yes increasin' the voltage by the smallest intervals possible will help stability durin' the overclock greatly but it will also result in greater temps as well.

Oh yeah, just one last thing. This would explain the reason for the choppy runs in 3DMARK2001SE but the lack of artifacts. I'll have to see how quickly I can scrounge up some dough to buy those fans, seeing as How I doubt I'll just go buy a new case. Next computer though.

Wait a sec, if I have those 4 fans running won't I need more power? Current PSU being 300w.

how can I tell if their 30cfm or 85cfm? It doesn't specify. I'm looking at newegg.com but there are any other sites you recommend, I'm open to suggestions

Maybe ya might so leave off the two exhaust ones and just do the 85cfm 120mm fan in the side then as it will just have to force the air thru itself but it's the cheapest and most effective way to do it. BTW it would be good to source a filtergrill for that fan to keep the dust out. ;)

I'm going to stick another 80mm fan at the back exhaust for now. So I'll have at least one bringing the air out the back. Do you think that will do the trick to at least bring me up to 300core and 600mem?

I just put in a new fan, but I can't tell if it is blowing air in or taking it out. I want it to take the air out, the back to be exact. The label on the center of the fan is facing out and the arrows on the fan are pointing like this:
