    :snip: my pc is in a mess.i i have a amd athlalon 1600,256 mb ram.geforce 2mx400 creative sound blaster 5,1 windows xp pro.
    i want format the c....... please any tips how to do a good formating.i want make a clean installl.
    and any good suggest of upgrade my pc(not the most expensive),
    any good step by step manual of how to config and inprove performance with a new installl....

    welll any tip tomake my pc work more....

    It would also be good to let us know what motherboard and whether ya memory is SDRAM or DDR SDRAM. ;)

    ok...i know quite nothing about overclock..some of the people say it can be dangerous.....other say it can give same ressult.
    well i would like if i can get any improvemnt byoverclock my pc and i need your step by step help...
    bios: asua 30303031.
    do i have to update my biso? any way please give me good tips how to improve my pc

    asus a7m266 acpi bios revision 1007.....can u give me step byy steo help

    If this is your mobo, http://usa.asus.com/mb/socketa/a7m266/overview.htm, then ya must have DDR SDRAM so ya not to badly off and that first link will explain everything to ya though there will be some title differences in BIOS (sorry but I havn't used a AMD chipset based mobo). A good idea will be to read that guide with your motherboard manual with ya so ya can reference the info against your's. ;)
