I have my P4 2.53 OC'd to a little over 2800. My RAM(in sig) is running at around 380. My timings are all set stock. They are something like 2.5 3 2 7. I'm at work so I don't have the exact number right now. What kind of settings might I want to try? My voltage is at 2.5v also. Should I increase that too?

First ya need to tell us what speed of ram :) DDR266, 333? (Can't be 400 otherwise you wouldn't be asking about when it runs at 380 :D)

If your running decent 333 ram, then you should be fine at default voltage to 380... maybe to be safe up it to 2.6, if your running 266, you can try upping it as high as 2.8 (unless your board supports higher, but I wouldn't go over 2.8 unless ya really need too) and hope for the best, but I've seen few 266mhz ddr sticks to clock to around the 400mhz mark.

Well by checkin' the sig I see PC2700 (DDR 333MHz) which must be very close to it's limit @ 380MHz.

To extract more in ya memory dept. will require faster memory (Cosair XMS3500 would be perfect) as tryin' much else with that memory will just likely bring ya system down. :devil win

Thanks guys, I do know that RAM like PC3200/3500 is what I need to go higher, but I what I would like help on is timings. I don't understand them. I looked around TweakTown and saw different people's timings and I want to know what timings do and what each one does.

Hey Wiggo, you always seem to have links to this kind of stuff, got one on this subject?
