I have a g4 mx 460 and i've OC'ed it to 331/560. Seems to be running better with improvements in ut 2003. Maybe you could get those results on your mx 440.

I o/ced my GF4 MX440 with CoolBits to 325/450 from 270/405. The momentary flicker/shutoff of the display is due to the driver applying your o/c settings at startup. Your card is not overclocked until it does this, because it's a software overclock, not hardware. So it's perfectly normal, mine does it every time.

Cool. Thanks. Do you have any idea how to do this on the hardware? Maybe a firmware flash might do the trick?
