Just a quick question for all you tech guys and girls here....

    Here are the details...
The power supply is 300w max
and here is the list of hardware the power supply is running

    p4 2.26 @ 2.6
    2x CD Roms
    2x hard drives
    6x 12v fans (1 intake, 2 out, 3 on water radiator)
    2x water pumps
    geforce4 ti4600(overclocked)
    2x PCI cards
and a few UBS items and a LED display

Now hardware monitors are returning my voltage readings as this...
    +12v @11.999
    +5v @4.999
    +3.3v @2.944
    vcore @1.552

I figure those numbers are low but if someone could confirm that so I have a second opinion before I go out and buy a more powerful powersupply...(and so I can present a stronger case to my wife to buy one hehe)

    Thanks,
    Brutis

I'm running on a 330w power supply all the stuff listed below plus a neon light

    My power ratings are:

    +12 = 11.84
    +5 = 5.53
    +3.3 = 3.328
    vcore = 1.744

i would say that you are pushing your psu to the max

all those numbers are fine, except the 3.3, which is a little low

'brownouts' within your comp can be almost as dangerous, if not more so, as spkes

they can casue severe damage as well as overheating.

i would highly recomend you get a bigger psu
I've gone too far and need to move on!

Yep that 3.3v rail is on the low side and with all ya got in it I'd be lookin' at a real good quality 450W+ PSU if I was you., ;)
