I was wondering what would happen if I unlock my CPU and not overclock it. My Motherboard doesn't have voltage settings in the BIOS. (gigabyte GA-7ZXR) will unlocking it change the vcore by itself or what?
AMD Athalon 1 ghz (FSB overclocked only now showing 1.112)
gigabyte GA-7ZXR (VIA KT133 chipset w/fsb overclocked to 112 mhz x2 by dipswitch & stable( newest BIOS flashed)
    1 gig pc133 SDRAM
    ATI radeon 8500 All-In-Wonder
If I do Unlock it will I get voltage settings in Bios then?
The CPU has a MAX listed as 1400 mhz.
    If you can Plz help.
    THANKS, R. "Nightstalker" Carnes

Take it easy m8 as some of us do sleep now and then. ;)

This interactive guide will show which bridges need to be modified to increase the CPU's core voltage.
