    Yes... I always try to take my meds in the morning!!:D I just knew that suggestion about switching from Intel to AMD might raise the blood pressure of some die hard Intel fans. My only complaint against Intel is their price. I wish I could afford to have some of the top Intel for processing DVD encoding as THAT is where they really outshine an AMD. For web browsing, writing letters to Aunt Martha, doing your taxes, checking e-mail, and hundreds of other things people do on their computers.. the AMD upper line and the Intel medium line (pentium class) are more than adequate, and most probably wouldn't know the difference in the two CPU's given 99% of the menial tasks that we do or ask our computers to do.

    I really think for doing CCE encoding for DVD, some other high end graphics rendering, some DVD conversions of bitrate, the Intel would be better for me than the AMD Barton.. but I bought what I can afford. *S*
