i got a good all copper heatsink and i wanna stick a bigger fan on her. the heatsink is 70mm and i want to put a big ass 120 mm on it. ive only been able to find adaptors for 70mm to 92mm. does anyone know if there are such thing as 70-120mm adaptors and where to get them? Thanks

do you have enough space around your cpu to seat a 120 mm if you do find an adequate adapter:?:

70mm to 92mm is the biggest I've heard of so far.

What i would suggest is be a little creative and buy a 80x80mm piece of steel/plastic.
Then cut a hole the same size of your 70mm fan hole, then drill holes for the 70mm fan.
After that, buy a 80mm to 120mm adapter and attach it to the plate.
And to finish it off, buy your 120mm fan and mount it to the adapter

        Should work nicely

well having the smallest freaking box ever the power supply will probably be in the way so thanks for the insight. you can only see like 3 quarters of my cooler. but being the crazy kid i am, ill improvise something. as for gettin the sheet of metal and drilling holes, well that sounds like a good idea and ill consider that too. thanks for the replies fellas. :thumb:

I guess I might be too late but, you could make a custom shroud.
