For instance, the CPU has burned or damaged cause by wrong jumper settings e.g. jumper settings was in 133MHz, when the Core only runs at 100MHz. Will the motherboard will have damage as well?

not sure, but I don't think so since the mobo is clearly designed to run at 133 Mhz

yah, theres 2 options on the jumper settings which is the 100MHz or the 133MHz.

then as far as I know, the mobo should be fine ...unless your CPU jumps out of the socket and goes a jig on your mobo's traces, then it could be a problem ;)
