You'll have to have it hosted somewhere, then use img tags to place it in your sig.

Yea just do like the following w/out the quotes

"IMGwww.eminemlikesmen.com/goatseproof.jpg/IMG"
Inside the The IMG is like this [I M G] w/out the spaces and the /IMG is like this [/ I M G] I put spaces so the tag doesn't show up w/ a blank picture.
