    How do I access the Systray in Windows XP to see what is running in it?

    The Systray is just the area down near the clock in XP. However, if you want to look at all the processes that are running at one time, press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select the Processes tab.

      Thanks, What exacty do I NEED to keep Windows running normally? Is there a way to shut the extra stuff down permenatly that is unnessary to make Windows XP function normally?
