athlon xp 2200??

i just recently purchased a athlon xp 2200, and a asus a7v333 mobo. i hooked everything up and went to the bios to start turning things up a bit. after the system had finished booting, i checked in system info to see my new clock speed:) i then noticed that it said the proc was a 2800!! (it clearly states on the cover that its a 2200). could it be possible that i got a underclocked proc?

if anyone knows about this, or this has happened to them, pls let me know. thx.

considering your board supports 333fsb...........but, you were buying it for a 266fsb product, you thought........so now, check your memory, and if you didn't skimp and buy 333 supporting ram, maybe you gotta wrking combo............but, if your ram currently in use doesn't, then i'd think something funky w/ the bios..............from what i've read the motherboard itself is buggy w/ a gig or more of ram
