    Ok, i am a noob i know to use bios but when i go to advance u turn up the fsb to the cpu speed right??well....i can only turn it up but 133 to 166 or 200 fsb and when i go to 200 it crashed and i gotta reset cmos please help!

    It sounds as if you're only setting up the base FSB speed. There should be some sort of setting that allows you to adjust the speed in increments of 1MHz. So if you set the base speed to 166 (this is what the CMOS will use as the starting point) and then adjust from there, you can get a more realistic overclock of your processor.

      did u go to the bios andchange to something like "expert"setting

        Yeah you will need to go in smaller steps than that. Also you didn't say what kind of memory you have, as that will play a large role in how high you can go.
