I have a slight problem, this keeps cropping up when im browsing on the web with iexplorer.

Iexplore has caused an error in USSER.EXE.
    Iexplore will now close.

If you continue to experience problems
    try restarting your computer.

How do i stop this from happening?

I have another slight problem, i recently browsed the web and a message poped up saying kernel42 has caused an error. The computer froze wasn't functioning properly but i could move the mouse pointer. I had to press the power button otherwise it wouldn't switch off.

Anyone know how to rectify this?

Just wondering are most of these errors occuring because of lost files?
