        Re-opened.

I use the slightly older MS Wireless Desktop Keyboard, and haven't found a problem with it. I was using both the basic Wireless Wheel Mouse and the better Wireless Intellimouse Explorer, but went back to a corded mouse due to battery consumption. But I still use the wireless kb.

You might want to try the logitech mouse duo clubsport. That mouse and kb is very good in my opinion, also comes with a mouse charger.

I liked the mouse charger idea of the mx-700, but the mouse just wasn't comfortable for me. :(

I would second the mx-700 suggestion, although I would suggest that you physically try out both the Logitech and Microsoft mice before buying one because they fit different peoples hands very differently.

Curious, is it because of you have big hands?

                    yes he does

*that ought to show y'all how often this subject has come up

I'd recomend the logitech hardware as well, but like I've said many times before, it's all about personal preference

I agree with mini, its personal opinion, but you might want to try both out in person.

                        Hi,

I have tried both, and both look nice but the Microsoft got a better
feel to it especially the leather look and the Logitech is a bit on the big side for me

                            Hi,

Does it work well with games like Unreal 2, call of duty and chrome.

                            thanks:cheers:

I take it you've had a bad experience with keyboards and mice in the past?

I've never had any keyboard or mouse not work with a game. Except for dead batteries in wireless hardware, but that's to be expected.

Just get what feels comfortable; I really don't think you need to worry about game compatibility.
