Power Supply to OC a system??

Well, I am curious if a powersupply that I am looking at will be sufficient to OC my system.

The powersupply is by Antec so it is a good brand but a little low on the juice its the sl350BLUE. A 350 Watt supply with blue lights. Here is what it will be running:

AMD 2500+ @ 2.4 Ghz
1 GB OCZ platinum 3200 DDR
ATI 9800pro
120 GB Seagate HD
ThermalTake HS/F
2 120mm fans

Thats the basics of it... so, should I upgrade to a higher PS or will the antec 350 watt be sufficient? Thanks for any input!

It may but I'd prefer to play it safe and get one that outputs at least 400W. I'd suggest the TruePower430 but if ya do want the blue LED fans then there's always the TrueBlue480.
