I have a crappy dell monitor and it seems to make a weird buzzing noise whenener i turn it on. I will do this for like a half an hour but then it will stop. But then the next day or whenever i tur my computer on again it makes the same weird buzzing and it is really annoying. Do i need a new monitor?

I have had similar problems with a relative's monitor. It's about maybe five or so years old and it has been making high-pitched noises every once in a while for the lat six months or so. It's been working fine, so maybe yours will, too. But maye someone else knows what the exact problem is. -
Had the same problem before, though continued to work fine and has for 2 years since developing it.
