Choice of Motherboards

i'm currently looking for a new motherboard. It needs be a socket 478 with these features:

AGP 8x
serial ata with raid
ddr 400
spdif in / out
6 channel audio
800mhz fsb
support hyperthreading
onboard lan
suitable for overclocking.

i've been directed to these boards:
abit Ai7
abit is7
asus p4p800 deluxe
asus p4c800-e deluxe.

I dont really want to spend that much for the p4c800-e deluxe but would like opinions on which one to choose or to choose a complete different one.

Would this be for a new system, or are you replacing an existing motherboard? It would also be nice to know what country you are in as the motherboards might not be priced as well in one country as in another.

I won't pretend to follow socket 478 motherboards, because I don't, but the P4P800 Deluxe seems to be a great choice, from what I've read. I don't know whether or not there is something else that's better for your money, though...

I've got the IS7-E (a less-featured IS7), and I love it. It was a little cheaper than the P4P800 I was looking at, and that was the main thing that won me over.
