Bit torrent question

I downloaded a video trough bit torrent, however when i try to rename it or move it to another folder it says it is in use by a program, i unistaled bittorrent but it is still in use.
can someone tell me why does this happens?

When you click on the file initially, chances are it's trying to load a preview of it in the side window (for 2000 / XP users). Best thing to do is just wait until that shows up, and see if you can edit it after that. If not, then restart your PC (if you haven't already since you downloaded it) and try again.
