im getting a Z-680 5.1 system and need a new sound card. What is the difference between the audigy 2 zs and LS? Is the ZS worth the extra $40? The LS seems to have a better game bundle too as i couldnt care less about tomb raider..

From my knowledge - The LS technology was used for the first audigy generation. When the initial Audigy 2 came in, they were simply the LS with 7.1 channel sound. But they were soon upgraded to the the ZS technology, which "superceeded" the LS design, as wayout44 put it.Comment
