Tweaking my system

I've tried my best to locate information about tweaking my system safety, but unable to locate anything. I will post my system info and hopefully you can direct me to a place, or tell me whats the safest tweaking I can do. I will not hold anyone to any problems I have from tweaking my system.

Computer Info
Motherboard: Gigabyte BIOS of GA-7VKMLS
200/266Mzh FSB (Not sure what mine is set at right now)

Processor: AMD Duron 1.2ghz

Memory: 256 PC100 SDRAM (but i can upgrade to PC133)

This motherboard has onboard video w/share memory

Be aware that there is always risk associated with pushing a system beyond what it is meant for. That said, you can try an AMD Overclocking Guide for getting a bit more speed out of the processor and system as a whole. You can also head over to Adrian's Rojak Pot for one of the best BIOS tweaking guides available. After that you can go even deeper and look for guides on tweaking the operating system. I don't link that type, though, since you didn't mention which OS you're using.

Well to get any kind of OC results get some PC133 RAM.
