Well I'm running Win 98 (yes i know) and for some reason lately I cannot change my folder options or Start bar options. I can see the choices but they are grayed out for some reason and I cant use them. They have worked before so I'm not sure what the problem is. But I need to fix it so I can make the folders open in one window instead of a new one each time I click. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
