SP1/Driver Installation Problems
I have almost always had some trouble installing new drivers and crap on my computer. For some reason it always seems to hang and lock-up when i try to install some software, drivers, and recently with trying to install SP1 and DX 9.0c. I'm using XP Pro and sometimes I can get it to install if i go in thru safe mode but usually with drivers and such, it just doesnt work. Anyone know what I could do to fix this? I have no virus or ad-aware on here that would affect it. I'd appreciate any help I can get to try and get this resolved ASAP so I can get this over with, thanks alot!
