Air cooling for amd 64 3200+?

Hi guys i'm new to the forums but i have one question....

I want to get some air cooling for my amd64 3200(and yes i plan to overclock) and was wondering if you guys can help me find some good air cooling solutions for my amd64 3200. Thank you for everyone that helps.

The Thermalright XP-90-C, Zalman CNPS7700-Cu and the plain Thermalright XP-90 (for something a little lighter) are all good HSF's to consider.

I'm guessing the coolers with the coppers are the best choice? I will look for reviews for these coolers, thanks a lot.
