Refresh Rate suggetions?

I was wondering what a good refresh rate would be for my computer. I'm using RefreshForce to do it and I have an ATI Mobility FireGL 9000 in a IBM T40p notebook.

Since your using a laptop machine, I would suggest checking out what refresh rate is its optimal and just go with that. LCD displays are generally a lot more picky about this setting than CRT type displays so its usually best to go with what the factory wants. Besides, you can run a 60Hz refresh rate on a LCD display and not have problems with headaches where I need at least a 75Hz refresh rate on a CRT display to keep this from happening.
