I was wondering, my bro wants me to send him a cell phone, and I was thinking to ge one of those prepaid, but my bro lives in mexico...
Can he deactivated and make it work whit the mexican compony (Telcel)???

Don't know for sure, but almost every company in existence nowadays has a website with contact information. You might look into this line to get more information and see if the company you decide to go through can accommodate your needs.

well maybe you can buy a cell phone, send it to him via fedex and let him sign up with a local carrier over there... if a nokia 6102 can work in america, why can't it work in mexico?
