If it's a cheap psu and it does work, it will be very shabby and unstable. You can get by easily with a decent 450W. Although I'm not sure about the P-D cpu's. I never really checked out the power consumption on intel so maybe someone else has more info. I personally wouldn't even stick a 350W psu in there though. I wouldn't want to risk any damage.

I run a 520W OCZ Modstream and it powers my system very well. I highly recommend it. Just remember to stay clear of all cheap power supplies. Buy a good brand name. I say either OCZ or maybe Enermax. Antec are OK, but they can be picky as to which systems they will work in.GIgabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
