You give no systems specs, but the error is plainly a driver-realted issue and points toward the "viamraid.sys" file. Any time you get one of these Stop errors, you can either head over to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and do a searxh for the error, or you can grab the link for a site that has a lot of good information about Stop errors from Yawgm0th's signature.

This message is usually caused by a bad driver (viamraid) or memory error so check your memory with memtest86+ and if that checks out ok look for an updated driver.
