Need hlp overclocking video card

i have an ATI Radeon 7000 64 mb and need to overclock it 2 at least 128 to play BF2, im on a budget.

sorry mate but its impossible to overclock a 64mb card to 128mb. thats not how overclocking works, ime for new graphics card im afraid.

As far as overclocking a videocard goes, all you can do is speed your card up (not increase its Vram capacity). If you need a 128MB card, than you need a 128MB card. BTW, I've seen a Ti4200 64MB card run BF2, you just need to disable the v2.0 shading. Looks like crap, but it runs ok.

Try increasing your AGP Aperture in your BIOS to 64MB-128MB.

Are you sure? I know there's the mod to reduce the shader quality (which actually screws up the textures -- not just makes it look like crap), but I've never heard of any mod to force the game to run on a 128MB card. At least, when I tried it it would't run at all
