serious error

Does anyone have any idea why my pc keeps comin up with a system error message. It comes up in a message box sayin " Your system has recovered from a serious error "

Sometimes wen it does this it will shut down and turn back on again other times it stays on and works as normal.

Any clues guyz ? ? ? ? ?

yeah its been BSOD ing

right click on my computer, properties, advanced, statup and recovery settings and turn off "automatically restart"

note this won't fix your problem, just let you know what sort of problem you have.
