bios update with p5k

just wondering with bios updates from asus do u need each update or just the newest 1

take a look at the link please sum1 and let me know i need to update bios and it has never been done i have e6600 xfire gigabyte 3870 (2 cards) 2x1gb dominator pc2-8500

please forgive me for being dumb but i have never updated the bios b4(not quite sure what to do)

The link you provided takes us to the default downloads page and not the one specifically designed for your mainboard. Regardless, if you want to update your BIOS then you only need install the most recent version. If you are comfortable with this then you should have no issues, but if you are timid, then only update the BIOS if you have problems or if the newer BIOS offers some features you want added.
