Re: GA-P45-UD3R, Corsair Dominator Twin2X4096-8500C5DF Overclock Advice please
Thanks for your posts.
Godto- Sorry I missed you post, wonder how I managed that! Going to study it now to see if it can help me out.
Lsdmeasap - Tried your suggested settings but its a no go I'm afraid it just keeps rebooting at the POST check. I set all the voltages to the top end of your suggestions but had to set the CPU Vcore to 1.36 to get CPUZ to show 1.328. I've gone back to 3.60 for the CPU and reverted the voltages to what I had before except the CPU Vcore which I'll set at CPUZ 1.30 or thereabouts but left the memory timming as your suggested settings.
I'll look at Godto's post and see if it helps.
Thanks to both of you
Phil

Sounds like you may have just needed more cpu voltage and or vtt. If you still do not get it and keep trying please post what exact full settings you use that fail and I will see if I can help

Been following Godto's post (and learning curve) and your advice to him very closely. Seems the CPU Vcore was too low now running at 1.38125 BIOS 1.34 CPUZ. Need to test now for stability.
What temperatures would you say were the max safe temps for long term use?
Thanks to you both
Phil
