  • New build with GA-EP45-UD3R

    Just need some help with setting up the BIOS with optimal settings, no overclock as to I am fairly new to it.

    Intel Q6600 stock
    OCZ 2x 2GB DDR2 1066 PC2 8500
    730 Watt Raidmax PSU
    XFX nVidia 9800 GT 512 MB
    Win xp sp3
    Using ANTEC|NINE HUNDRED as Case

    is it possible to OC my cpu a little with everything as stock?

    if so please post settings. Still somewhat of a noob with these things , so please bare with me =D

    the software come with mother board can oc automatic for you .... just choose turbo or maybe fast ... and that all you have to do if don't really want to oc ... so when you use alot .. the comp will automatic oc up for you ... i belive max maybe arund 25% oc only ... for q6600 they oc max to 3.0.

      Do you still need help? If so, link me to your ram and please fill this in with that you are using now and tell me exactly what you would like to try CPU-wise.

      Ya, you may be able to overclock your CPU with volts at stock you just have to set it to stock and up the FSB Slowly until it fails then back off some
