I recently set up a new build with the following system specs and am looking for some help getting the ideal bios M.I.T. settings to achieve 3.6ghz on a Q6600 G0 using Xigmatek's awesome S1283 cooler.
I've noticed how helpful many posters have been, especially Lsdmeasap on providing excellent information and help with this and am hoping for the same thing.
Currently I am running at 3.0ghz (cool, fast and stable) but would like to run at 3.6 with optimal settings. Thank you in advance.

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev 1.1 bios F5
