vista h prem. 32bit not impressed with my ocz

anyone know why vista rates everything in my build at 5.9 except for my ocz ddr 2 reaper @ 800/6400 5-5-5 ?( it gets a 5.3) i so thought this ram was pretty good... will oc'ing it improve the rating?

oh and why would my FPS drop from 223 avg. to 149 after switching my 8800gt's around?? i did have the alpha dog in secondary card position before the drop but it has a higher core clock than the gt oc..??
