X48-DQ6, Q9450, DDR2-1066 Overclock

Alright, I'd like to try to get my Q9450 overclocked up over 3 GHz. Here are the current specifications:

Gigabyte X48-DQ6
Dominator XMS2-8500 DDR2-1066 5-5-5-15 2.10V
Intel Core2 Quad Q9450 -- 2.66 GHz
2x nVidia GeForce 7950GT
Zalman CNPS9200 Cooler

What I'd like to do is get the CPU and Memory matched up, have the system over 3 GHz, and have it be perfectly stable.

Does anyone know what the specifications should be or can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you feel you need more help or would rather not spend the time learning then let us know and we would be happy to give you some settings that would help you get started, but you would still need to tweak and test things yourself though so you may just want to check out the guide anyway
