I'm a complete noob when it comes to bios settings. I need some helping getting my ram to 1066mhz.

Shown below is CPU-Z reporting that my ram is running 400Mhz?

It would help if we had the link to your ram spec or at least part number. Please put them in your signature with other system specs as PSU video card, BIOS ver. etc.

Your ram is running in single channel mode, you probably installed it in different color slots, any particular reason for this?

It seems it does not have EPP so you'd need to set it manually.
Set Performance Enhance to standard untill you have ram settings stable.
Set mulriplier to 3.20B and standard timings and DRAM Voltage according do ram spec.
You may need to increase MCH Core up to 1.26v too.

If you have not loaded optimized defaults when you began it is recommended you do so.
