Please hit F12 at startup to get to the boot menu, then choose HDD+ and on the next screen choose your USB Stick by name. You should recognize it, if not just pick the one that does not look like your hard drive names.

Some USB Devices will not work for this or Qflash, can you use your USB Stick and it be seen with Qflash? It would appear as a second floppy drive.

I've done boot correctly as you mensioned

the USB Stick I have is

the first is: transcend JV10 16G
the second is: transcend JV60 8G

and either them can boot on many computers but not on mine

Does it show up in Qflash? You do have USB 1.1 and 2.0 enabled in the BIOS correct? And Legacy USB Storage Detect enabled as well right?

Do you have another brand to test with to be sure it is not maybe a computability issue?

The USB hub is the issue then. Power surge? What do you mean? Maybe you have some short somewhere?

You should be able to plug it into the rear or front of the board and have ZERO issues.

No Power Surg Porblem is on another old USB Stick that I don't use It's My Flash ( You've asked me that if I have another brand to use for test) I noticed that My Flash brand draw too much power fom the usb port (sorry If I could'nt explain myself weel )

thank you I've Managed to Solve the Problem

I Reinstalled The MBR on the flash more than once

              I use USB-FDD to Boot
