runcore ssd can not be found in win7

I bought a "32GB SSD upgrade for Dell Mini 9 PC. Manufactured by RunCore and suitable for replace the factory-supplied SSD storage unit. Transfer rates up to 78MB/sec and 44MB/sec" and I put it into the mini pcie slot in my laptop, but after I restarted my system, nothing happened.
I cannot find this ssd in my win7, do I need to install a new driver for it or sth???THanks

First, check whether it is plugded well.
Then confirm that whether it can be detected in BIOS.
