GA-P55M-UD4 Need advice on which BIOS to use

Hi all
Im currently using BIOS F3 in my GA-P55M-UD4 Mobo.
I see there are 3 BIOS files available: F5, F6 and F7c
Can any one tell me mose specific info on the changes.
Im having some issues with BSOD, i thing due to RAM when using XMP
I have Kingston KXH1600C9D3K2/4GX, 4GB Dual channel
Any help/suggestions is appreciated

have you tried without xmp and setting ram speed/timings/voltages manually? you might need to raise qpi voltage to 1.2000 also as auto will overvolt
