Order Placed 6 Days Ago - No Update

I placed an order on May 7th for a "32GB RunCore 1.8" 5mm Pro IV PATA Zif SSD" and have yet to receive an order status update or shipping notification. I sent an email two days ago inquiring about this and have not yet heard back. What is going on? If this isn't shipped out within the next day or so the shipping address will have to be changed.
